The language of our event is English. Thus:
the proposal submission and reviewing process will be held in English;
the workshops of the Pre-Conference Institute will all be held in English;
the scientific and social program of the Conference will be held in English.
- Are you considering giving your presentation only in Portuguese?
Exceptionally, on each day of the conference, a presentation room will be designated for presenters who wish to use Portuguese language (for each of the afternoon schedule slots). In total, there will be presentation room sessions designated for the use of Portuguese. Keep in mind that the use of Portuguese might restrict your audience.
NOTE THAT, NEVERTHELESS, ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH.
