General guidelines
All proposals must be submitted here.
All proposals must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another conference. Proposals may be submitted for the following categories:
– Individual presentation
– Poster
– Colloquium
All proposals must be submitted in the form of an abstract via EasyChair before 25 January 2019 23:00 CET.
The language of the conference is English.
Delegates may submit up to three abstracts for the conference.
Notification of acceptance will be communicated by 8 March 2019.

Individual presentation proposals
If you are proposing an individual presentation, please consider the following guidelines.
Abstracts up to 200 words, excluding references, should be submitted via Easychair.
Abstracts must be pasted into the online form.
Please do not upload any file with your abstract.
Remember to add a minimum of three keywords.
All individual presentations will be allocated 20 minutes plus 10 minutes for discussion.

Poster proposals
If you are proposing a poster, please consider the following guidelines.
Abstracts up to 200 words, excluding references, should be submitted via Easychair.
Abstracts must be pasted into the online form.
Please do not upload any file with your abstract.
Please remember to add a minimum of three keywords.

Colloquia proposals
If you are proposing a colloquium, please consider the following guidelines.

  1. The person who organizes the colloquium should be identified as the author in the EasyChair submission form.  (Write the name, the email address and affiliation).
  2. A general abstract of up to 400 words must be pasted into the online form. The general abstract must include a general title, and a general presentation of the colloquium.
  3. Please remember to add a minimum of three keywords.
  4. Additionally, a PDF file must be uploaded. The PDF file must include the abstracts for the presentations (up to 200 words each), their titles, their authors, their affiliations, and their email addresses.
  5. Colloquia should include either three (minimum) or four (maximum) presentations. Each individual presentation within a colloquium will be allocated 20 minutes plus 10 minutes for discussion.

How to submit a proposal via Easychair

How to submit a proposal via EasyChair

  1. Compile the following information regarding the author(s) before you start the submission: name, email address, institutional affiliation.
  2. Login to ESFLCL2019 submission page: LINK.
  3. If you have submitted proposals for other conferences before, you probably already have an EasyChair login. In this case, type in your user name and password.
  4. If you have never submitted via Easychair before, you must sign up for an EasyChair account on the EasyChair website.
  5. Click on New Submission (in the top left corner).
  6. Fill in the mandatory information regarding Authors for each author of the presentation or poster, or for the organizer of the colloquium.
  7. Insert the title of your proposal.
  8. Paste your abstract text into the online form (max. 350 words excluding references).
    a) If you are proposing an individual or a poster proposal: Please do not upload a PDF file with your abstract.
    b) 
    If you are proposing a colloquium: an additional PDF file must be uploaded. The PDF file must include the  abstracts for the presentations, their titles, their authors, their affiliations, and their email addresses.
  9. Remember to add a minimum of three keywords on separate lines.
  10. Click on Submit.
