(QECR), publicado pelo Conselho da Europa em 2001, estabelece um referencial comum para descrever objetivos, conte\u00fados e m\u00e9todos no ensino e aprendizagem de l\u00ednguas. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Desenvolvido no \u00e2mbito do Projeto \u201cPol\u00edticas Lingu\u00edsticas para uma Europa Plurilingue e Multicultural\u201d, o QECR promove a transpar\u00eancia, comparabilidade e reconhecimento dos n\u00edveis de profici\u00eancia lingu\u00edstica entre diferentes contextos educativos<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Define seis n\u00edveis de profici\u00eancia \u2013 A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 e C2 \u2013 agrupados em tr\u00eas grandes perfis de utilizador: elementar, independente e proficiente.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Estes n\u00edveis aplicam-se a diferentes atividades comunicativas (como a compreens\u00e3o do oral, a leitura, a intera\u00e7\u00e3o e produ\u00e7\u00e3o oral, e a escrita), refletindo aquilo que um aprendente \u201c\u00e9 capaz de fazer\u201d em contextos reais de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">O documento descreve ainda as compet\u00eancias comunicativas em l\u00edngua \u2013 lingu\u00edstica, sociolingu\u00edstica e pragm\u00e1tica \u2013 que permitem o uso eficaz da l\u00edngua em situa\u00e7\u00f5es diversificadas.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">O QECR \u00e9 amplamente utilizado no ensino e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de l\u00ednguas estrangeiras e adicionais, incluindo o Portugu\u00eas L\u00edngua Estrangeira (PLE) e o Portugu\u00eas L\u00edngua N\u00e3o Materna (PLNM), servindo de base para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de programas curriculares, manuais e referenciais de
