- Registrations for participants (with or without a paper) must be completed through the registration form.
- Only registrations with confirmed payment will be validated.
- For a paper to be included in the congress programme, at least one author must be registered and have completed the payment.
- Approved papers will be included in the congress programme, and full papers, if approved by the Scientific Committee, will be published either in an edited volume with a DOI or in a special issue of the journal Prâksis (Scopus) dedicated to the theme of the Congress.
- One representative from each institution affiliated with NNCS/ENCS is exempt from paying the registration fee. Please notify the Congress organisers directly of the representative’s details via the contact email addresses (jenny.sousa@ipleiria.pt; william.cantu@ipleiria.pt; rnec.esecs@gmail.com). This representative does not need to register on the platform, as their registration will be handled by the organisers.
