\nGeneral guidelines
\n<\/b>All proposals must be submitted here<\/a>.
\nAll proposals must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another conference. Proposals may be submitted for the following categories:
\n<\/span>– Individual presentation
\n<\/b>– Poster
\n<\/b>– Colloquium
\n<\/b>All proposals must be submitted in the form of an abstract via EasyChair <\/span>before 25 January 2019 23:00 CET<\/b>.
\n<\/span>The language of the conference is English.
\n<\/span>Delegates may submit up to three abstracts for the conference.
\n<\/span>Notification of acceptance will be communicated by 8 March 2019<\/strong>.

\nIndividual presentation proposals
\n<\/strong><\/span>If you are proposing an individual presentation, please consider the following guidelines.
\n<\/span>Abstracts up to 200 words, excluding references, should be submitted via Easychair.
\n<\/span>Abstracts must be pasted into the online form.
\n<\/span>Please <\/span>do not<\/span> upload any file with your abstract.
\n<\/span>Remember to add a minimum of three keywords.
\n<\/span>All individual presentations will be allocated 20 minutes plus 10 minutes for discussion.<\/span><\/p>\n

Poster proposals
\n<\/b>If you are proposing a poster, please consider the following guidelines.
\nAbstracts up to 200 words, excluding references, should be submitted via Easychair. <\/span>Abstracts must be pasted into the online form.
\n<\/span>Please <\/span>do not<\/span> upload any file with your abstract.
\n<\/span>Please remember to add a minimum of three keywords.<\/span><\/p>\n

Colloquia proposals
\n<\/b>If you are proposing a colloquium, please consider the following guidelines.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The person who organizes the colloquium should be identified as the author in the EasyChair submission form.\u00a0 (Write the name, the email address and affiliation).<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. A general abstract of up to 400 words must be pasted into the online form. The general abstract must include a general title, and a general presentation of the colloquium. <\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Please remember to add a minimum of three keywords.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Additionally, a PDF file must be uploaded. The PDF file must include the abstracts for the presentations (up to 200 words each), their titles, their authors, their affiliations, and their email addresses. <\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Colloquia should include either three (minimum) or four (maximum) presentations. Each individual presentation within a colloquium will be allocated 20 minutes plus 10 minutes for discussion. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How to submit a proposal via Easychair<\/div>

    \nHow to submit a proposal via EasyChair<\/b><\/p>\n

    1. Compile the following information regarding the author(s) before you start the submission: name, email address, institutional affiliation.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Login to ESFLCL2019 submission page: <\/span>LINK<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. If you have submitted proposals for other conferences before, you probably already have an EasyChair login. In this case, type in your <\/span>user name<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>password<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. If you have never submitted via Easychair before, you must sign up for an EasyChair account on the EasyChair website. <\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Click on <\/span>New Submission<\/b> (in the top left corner).<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Fill in the mandatory information regarding <\/span>Authors<\/b> for each author of the presentation or poster, or for the organizer of the colloquium.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Insert the title of your proposal.<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Paste your abstract text into the online form (max. 350 words excluding references).
      \n<\/span>a) If you are proposing an <\/span>individual<\/b> or a <\/span>poster<\/b> proposal: Please do not upload a PDF file with your abstract.
      \nb)\u00a0<\/span>If you are proposing a <\/span>colloquium<\/b>: an\u00a0additional PDF file must be uploaded. The PDF file must include the\u00a0 abstracts for the presentations, their titles, their authors, their affiliations, and their email addresses. <\/span><\/li>\n
