REGISTRATION FORM AND <\/strong>PAYMENT<\/strong>
<\/span>The registration form will be available online and <\/span>only during the above indicated periods<\/span>.
<\/span>Only online registrations<\/strong> will be accepted.
<\/span>The registration process will be completed only <\/strong><\/span>after the payment<\/strong>.
<\/span>The organization will send a confirmation message to the email provided in the registration form.<\/span><\/p>\n

CONFERENCE FEE<\/strong>
<\/span>The conference fee includes:
<\/span>– Participation in the conference
<\/span>– Conference materials (including presentation and\/or attending certificate)
<\/span>– Reception at Biblioteca Jos\u00e9 Saramago (preliminary date: July, 3) and other social events (refer to the Social program page<\/a>)
<\/span>– Coffee-breaks and lunches (July, 3-5)<\/span><\/p>\n

INSTITUTE FEE<\/strong>
<\/span>The institute fee includes:
<\/span>– Participation in all courses
<\/span>– Courses materials (including attending certificate)
<\/span>– Reception at ESECS (refer to the Informal social networking page<\/a>)
<\/span>– Coffee-breaks and lunches (July, 1-2)<\/span><\/p>\n

DISCOUNT FEES<\/strong>
<\/span>Participants that wish to benefit from a discount must provide a digitalized\u00a0document that certifies their special status\u00a0(as a document to be attached in the Registration form).<\/span><\/p>\n

OPTIONAL CONFERENCE DINNER<\/strong>
