Registration & Fees
Registration on conference is open. It can be done here.

Registered delegates (Regular and Student) are entitled to a maximum of two papers for oral presentation, which will be on-line.
Authors are invited to prepare respective oral presentation by recording and sending a 10 minutes video.
Links for conference sessions video uploading will be provided near the conference date.

Regular Registration
The Regular Conference Fee includes participation in all sessions, conference bag, paper published by Springer in the conference proceedings ebook (with ISBN, DOI and indexed by Scopus), Conference lunches, Refreshment breaks, Gala reception and Gala dinner.
Accompanying persons
The Accompanying Persons Fee includes participation in all sessions, Conference lunches, Refreshment breaks and Gala reception.
Student Registration
The Student Conference Fee includes participation in all sessions, conference bag, paper published by Springer in the conference proceedings ebook (with ISBN, DOI and indexed by Scopus), Conference lunches, Refreshment breaks and Gala reception.
Terms and Conditions
- The registration of participation is binding. Payments are not refundable.
- The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 12 April 2021 ).
- Full payment is received guarantees the participation in the conference.
- Payments will be refunded if the conference will be cancelled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client.
Call Abstracts/Full papers
All Abstracts / Full papers must be original work and not simultaneously submitted to another conference or journal.
Papers’ submissions are still allowed (by 03 February 2021), even without previous abstract submision.
During the conference, the following presentation categories are welcome:

All submissions will be peer reviewed and the accepted papers will be published by Springer, with ISBN, in a conference proceedings ebook. These papers are also Scopus Indexed and DOI assigned. A link to the conference proceedings ebook will be delivered to the delegates upon registration.
All authors are invited to submit abstracts/full papers here (EasyChair Account needed). Once in the EasyChair page, choose your submission number, then “Update file” in the upper right corner.
The abstract full paper should fulfill the template accordingly to the docm, docx or LateX formats.
Submitted papers must have either 6, 8 or 10 pages. Less than 6 or more than 10 pages are not recommended, neither are papers with an odd number of pages.
