Conference cancelation policy
If a participant is unable to attend an event for any reason, it is possible to replace the participant by arrangement with the organisation.
If the participant is unable to attend, and is unable to transfer their place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
Authors:
Registrations cancelled as a result of an unaccepted paper are eligible for a refund of 80% of the registration fees paid. The remaining 20% of the fee contributes towards administrative costs incurred.
Registrations cancelled more than 60 days prior to the event are eligible for a refund of 80% of registration fees paid.
Registrations cancelled less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of registration fees paid.
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event are no longer eligible for a refund.
Non-authors:
Registrations cancelled more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a refund of the registration fees paid, less a €20 administrative fee.
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event are no longer eligible for a refund.
