CDRSP-IPLeiria hosted the International Workshop FromACADEMY – preESGI 2019 on the 28^th of November 2018.

This is the first of a series of events within the next Portuguese European Study Group with Industry (ESGI) that will be organized by CDRSP-IPLeiria and the Mathematics Department of ESTG-IPLeiria that will promote a dynamic exchange between mathematicians and entrepreneurs. Speakers shared some of the previous experiences of the past ESGIs and the organizers challenged the companies present to think and present different problems where Mathematics can play a key role.
