Today we said goodbye to Berk Nakkas (Right) who has been an intern at CDRSP for the last few weeks.

Today we said goodbye to Berk Nakkas (Right) who has been an intern at CDRSP for the last few weeks. He is a student from Yildiz Techical University in Turkey. He has been working on a new project at CDRSP focused on the development of Meta Materials led by Professor Geoffrey Mitchell, Vice-Director of CDRSP. 

Also shown in the photograph is Ipek Guner (left) who is also an intern from Yildiz Techical University in Turkey. She is also working on the meta materials project.  Between them they have found some very interesting results which will prove most helpful in the development of this area at CDRSP.
