Eligibility Validation for Reduced Fee Registration Modalities
Participants who select one of the following registration modalities:

• Teaching/non-teaching staff and former students of the Polytechnic of Leiria (€25 / €30);
• Students of the Polytechnic of Leiria and other Higher Education Institutions, Cooperating Supervisors, and other collaborators of ESECS/Polytechnic of Leiria (€15 / €20).

must send a valid proof of their status to adelaide.ferreira@ipleiria.pt or register using their respective institutional email address. The organization reserves the right to request additional documentation to validate the participant’s eligibility.

Conference fees – terms and conditions

The fee includes attendance, a conference information pack, and refreshments at coffee breaks. In the case of cancellations, we regret to inform you that there will be no reimbursement of conference registration fees.
